Caleb is an international multi-disciplinary sustainable development consultancy based in Oxford, UK. The company was established in 1994 by Paul Ashford (Managing Director) to continue his career in ‘issues’ management. It was incorporated into the Anthesis Group in 2014 which has several offices in Europe, North America and Asia Pacific. Caleb has extensive experience in all areas of EU regulation, spanning policy development and implementation, both in REACH and other areas of regulatory activity including climate change and associated environmental issues as well as chemical management programmes and substance tracking though supply chains,. As a result, Caleb is also heavily involved in consortium management and related dossier development. The Sustainable Chemistry team operates globally and is well placed to serve clients in both Europe and UK (post-Brexit) as an OR.
